Brown Rice Bread

On Healthy Breakfast

Today's Recipe is

 

Brown Rice Bread

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees

Cook 2 cups of Brown Rice in 8 cups of water to a point of cream

(when one grain turns to mush between finger tips is the test for doneness)

 

Then Mix with

2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour

½ Cup – Almonds – Chopped finely

½ Cup – Toasted Sesame Seeds

This is your dough – now knead to a loose consistency, not over kneading.

Bake approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
